We seek to honour past generations, their knowledge, teachings and wisdom.  Leadership for the 21st century is based on trust, respect, collaboration and consultation and co-creation of a way forward.  It also takes courage to embrace change on many levels.

Recognizing and inviting the genius of individuals and the collective build capacity, responsibility and accountability.  It is the basis for building organizations and communities on shared values and purpose.

We are committed to the principles of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).  

We work with individuals, teams, organization and communities that are committed to the "calls to action" from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
